The PHOENIX ELD system (model number: PHOELD, ELD ID: PRS973), provided by Phoenix ELD, was revoked on October 23. 

Truckers have up to 60 days to replace the revoked device with an ELD that meets FMCSA standards. 

Using the revoked ELD is prohibited. If you are using such a device, you must immediately stop using it and switch to paper logs. The deadline for replacement is December 22, 2025. 

It is strongly recommended that security personnel do not impose penalties on drivers who use invalidated ELDs for not having work status records or not using a registered device. 

Paper logs, registration software, or ELD displays can be used as temporary solutions for recording work hours. 

Please note that drivers who continue to use PHOENIX ELDs after December 22, 2025, will be considered to be working without a mandatory ELD.
